The Drunkards of Ephraim
YAHWEH Reveals the Status of Big Business

     In describing the drunkards of ephraim as recorded in the twenty-eighth chapter of Isaiah, it must be remembered that these ephraimites were used only as a type.  They were typical of a far more numerous class of disobedient people who are now spread throughout the entire earth.

     The reasons for this conclusion are these:  first, their judgment is to be headed by the Messiah who is the Chief Cornerstone of YAHWEH'S¹ Kingdom, and this judgment begins after the Kingdom is set up on earth, and the Kingdom begins only after His Second Presence.  Second, typical ephraim was destroyed in 638 B.C. and Yahshua² had not even made His First Presence at that early date.  Third, the judgment of the antitypical ephraim begins with the prophesying message of the Two Witnesses in these, the very last days.  These Two Witnesses are the other Children of Joseph who would be named after their brethren Ephraim and Manasseh (Gen. 48:6).  These will fulfill the entire number of Israel which will total 200 million.  Although the birth of Earthly Israel took place April the ninth, 1973, or sixty years after the birth of the Man Child in 1913 (the year His Body Members were received into Heaven), the actual testimony of Israel, or the testimony of the Two Witnesses, does not begin until the first Members are fully mature and are one with YAHWEH and one another.

     The overflowing scourge begins with the prophesying of YAHWEH'S Two Prophets, or the Two Witnesses (Rev. 11).  This begins YAHWEH'S judgment of all of satan's nations, for all nations of the earth belong to him, for he is "the god of this world" (2 Cor. 4:4).

     The entire final judgment will last nine years and nine months and will include Har-Meged-Doon³ and the final war, or the sentencing of these nations to death and the final war itself, which will consume 360 days to the completion of the nine year and nine month period.

     None of the nations of this world will survive this war of annihilation, and with their destruction the earth will finally be cleansed of all wickedness.  It is understandable that only after the nations bring this calamity upon themselves, because of disobedience to YAHWEH, that the truly meek will inherit the earth forever.      The drunkards of ephraim, therefore, picture the selfish, GODless men of big business who maintain a controlling interest in the policies and the wealth of this world.  These stand out as brightly colored flowers to the scripturally ignorant masses of humanity.  They are both admired and envied by them.  Many of these antitypical ephraimites are or have become religious.  Some even claim to have been "born again."

     This acquired behavior on their part is a cover-up and tends to throw the investigation of their selfishly oriented purpose out of focus to all those who do not understand the absolute unselfishness of YAHWEH and HIS loving provisions for mankind.  These drunkards contribute generously to the religious organizations of their choice--organizations that YAHWEH has long ago marked for the judgment of destruction along with all of those who persist in supporting them.  Only those who love YAHWEH with all of their heart and with all of their life and with all of their might and all of their mind and who prove that they believe HIM to be the Almighty CREATOR of the universe will survive the final war.  These are the only truly intelligent, for they have not been led astray by the many lies that are accepted and taught as truths in satan's institutions of learning.

     The twenty-eighth chapter of Isaiah is meant to be studied as a prophecy that is about to be fulfilled in our lifetime, and it is understood only by True Ephraim, or those who are endowed with a double portion of YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit.  Ephraim must become YAHWEH'S Firstborn before the message is given in force and begins to have its effects on the peoples of the earth.  In other words, all of the information that YAHWEH has prepared for HIS People must be thoroughly understood before the 1,260 days of the pronouncement of YAHWEH'S judgments on this earth by the Two Witnesses begin.

     We will have very little time for study once YAHWEH strikes the time clock sounding the signal for us to go into action.  When YAHWEH sends HIS Servants out to begin their prophesying, it will be the beginning of a multipurpose work:

  1.  The nations will be forewarned of their impending doom.
  2.  The greatest number of the 200 million of Israel will be gathered, for they alone will recognize that this message proceeds from YAHWEH.  They alone will understand and respond to a message which employs all of the four attributes of YAHWEH, which are love, justice, wisdom and power.
  3.  The nations will have the full opportunity to hear and to understand the all-righteous System that YAHWEH will establish world-wide, which is the only System that can and will usher in everlasting justice, prosperity, security and peace.  They will have the full opportunity to follow YAHWEH'S Prophets and meet with YAHWEH'S approval and avoid the calamitous events which will quickly follow on the heels of those who reject the message and who take a stupid course of their own choosing, choosing to erect a building whose foundation is not poured upon the Foundation which all other foundations must be poured.  This requirement will hold true throughout eternity, for this is what our All-wise, All-loving FATHER has decreed.
  4.  The message of Israel will cause those who reject YAHWEH'S Purpose, specifically the wicked, to produce the antichrist.  Feeling deeply threatened by the response gained by Israel, they will go about using every means at their disposal to duplicate all of the beautiful promises made by Israel to the peoples of the whole earth.

     The Kingdom of YAHWEH is a Theocracy.  It will be made up of seven Nations operating as One Great Nation under the guiding hand of YAHWEH'S Supreme Heavenly Organization, Zion.⁴  Zion is made up of Yahshua and His Bride, the 144,000.  His Bride is also referred to as the Church, the New Jerusalem, or a Spiritual Temple which is made up of Living Stones.⁵  The temple on earth was a typical headquarters which foreshadowed that YAHWEH would build a totally Holy Administration to rule HIS obedient People.  The supreme earthly Spokesmen will be eight of the Faithful Prophets of Old who have now been resurrected.  Seven of these will be the Governors, Judges and Counselors over the people of seven territorial divisions of the earth.  These will be aided by the Earthly Portion of Israel who will see to it that the Kingdom policy is carried out among the one third of the earth's population who will, because of obedience, survive the final war.  Their survival is a direct result of Israel's prophesying and teaching for 1,260 days.  The eighth Prophet will oversee the relationships of these Nations among one another, and the whole structure will operate in love, justice, wisdom and power as outlined in Ezekiel, Chapter One.

     This one third will swell to seven billion during a portion of this one thousand year period following the final war, which said one thousand years began April 9, 1917 and ends April 9, 2917.  It is after the final war that the general resurrection begins, and it is these resurrected ones that will be responsible for this fantastic growth in population.

     Three and one-half years prior to 2917 or in October of 2913, satan will have ended his one thousand year binding and will be released from the bottomless pit to tempt all of those whose hearts are not right toward YAHWEH.  At this time he will be responsible for finalizing the death of an innumerable host of these resurrected ones.  Those who had died in ignorance of YAHWEH'S Purpose are lovingly brought back and given the opportunity to see the love, justice, wisdom and power of YAHWEH by having them live in HIS beautiful paradise Kingdom.  By this one act, YAHWEH will have proven to all creation that there is no correcting a selfish and wicked heart whose primary interest is self.  YAHWEH does not waste time.  After the act of open rebellion in the face of light, after YAHWEH has proven that HE alone can bring security, peace and everlasting blessings to all lovers of righteousness, another trial for these proven wicked ones would be another opportunity for them to disobey.  Isaiah 26:10:

Let favour be shown to the wicked, yet he will not learn righteousness:  in the land of uprightness [in YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom] will he deal unjustly, and will not behold [accept] the majesty of the LORD [YAHWEH].

     The number of those who take part in this rebellion and who therefore die is not given but Revelation 20:8 lists it simply, albeit alarmingly, in this manner, the "number of whom is as the sand of the sea," which certainly indicates a very, very great multitude.  The removal of this immense host of wicked people will result in a large void in the population of the earth as compared to when this mass of flesh and bone were still permitted to trample on Holy ground.  After their demise, YAHWEH will introduce to us HIS next Holy and loving provision.  YAHWEH will move forward at this time to repeat the Divine mandate to the remaining, proven and perfect men and women.  The Divine mandate which perfect Adam and Eve did not fulfill because sin entered in to prevent it was, "Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth...."  Adam sinned because he was created an intelligent free moral agent and was free to respond to any given command in any way that he chose, pro or con.  He disobeyed because the total righteousness and earnestness of YAHWEH'S commands had not been proven to him to be just, as it will be proven to those who survive.  At this time perfect men and women who have learned their lesson for all time will bring forth perfect children, newly created children, who will live forever.  The reason that they will not die will be that YAHWEH will have a hand in selecting those who are to be born, for YAHWEH alone knows the hearts of all men even before they are formed in the womb (Jer. 1:4,5; Ps. 44:21; Jer. 17:9,10).  This new creation will continue until the earth again reaches a population of nearly seven billion two hundred million.  This number will be divided between seven billion regular ones and 200 million of Israel minus the Heavenly Portion of Israel, the New Jerusalem, which totals 144,000.

     True Ephraim, or those who gather themselves together on earth under the resurrected Prophets of Old, are made YAHWEH'S Firstborn even though they come on the scene later (Jer. 31:9).  And they are the Children of Joseph who was True Israel.  They will speak YAHWEH'S righteous decrees throughout the entire earth forever, and after the one thousand years, to the inhabitants of the other planets.  These planetary inhabitants will be made up of the children of immigrants from the earth.  The only physical creation in the universe has been on earth and all other intelligent creation will not be left to themselves but will be placed under the authority of those who have proven themselves faithful even under very severe trials.  Whereas the first born in typical israel inherited a double portion of his father's goods, Ephraim, who is made the Firstborn by choice, by YAHWEH'S choice, in the fulfillment will inherit a double portion of his FATHER'S Holy Spirit.  This Holy Spirit will give them the necessary wisdom to guide all of YAHWEH'S physical creation throughout eternity.  This will make Israel the elite wherever men and women walk.  In contrast to these are the elite of this world who are the false Ephramites and who are using and benefiting from a false and decrepit system which is satan's world.  These have not put themselves in authority to guide or benefit anyone, but these are false shepherds who use the sheep to feed themselves and YAHWEH regales them royally in this the twenty-eighth chapter of Isaiah.

     The word love, as used in YAHWEH'S Word, means "goodwill, benevolence, charity, unselfishness expressed, the service of justice and righteousness without payment for personal gain."  It does not mean passion for sexual release from one or more members of the opposite sex or, as is the case with many in satan's system, from members of the same sex.  These strong and sometimes nearly uncontrollable desires among the righteous stem from man's fall from grace in the Garden of Eden.

     Adam and Eve maintained full mastery over their libido (a term students of psychology use to denote the sexual urge).  In fact, no such desire even manifested itself.  It would have, only when they fully understood that the proper time had arrived for them to procreate.  For this reason this term libido cannot even be applied to the first and only perfect human pair before they sinned.  For before they disobeyed, they experienced no anxiety or anguish or frustration in their hearts; but after sin was consummated, sex disobediently surged forward out of its position of full submission to the will and became the opiate to help dull the horror of the reality of the death sentence passed upon them.  Sex became a form of sedation from the frustrations that followed.

     Justice will be the other force that will be employed by Holy Zion in its administration over the earth.  Justice is true equity, and for the very first time all people will be treated as absolute equals.  All will receive an equal share in the wealth and security of the Kingdom.  And the entire Earthly Organization will be YAHWEH'S method of insuring them of full assistance for any unforeseen minor mishaps that may occur at first through carelessness.  Even these mishaps will disappear after Israel is fully established and possesses the entire earth.  Justice will also be employed in the punishment of wrongdoing as well as in rewarding the workers of righteousness.  If the wrongdoers persist in their wrongdoing, YAHWEH'S Holy Heavenly Organization will, in justice, snuff out their lives that the lovers of righteousness may not continue to be oppressed by the unrighteous.

     Wisdom from above will always guide and instruct the Earthly Portion of Israel that they may avoid pitfalls and move forward and prosper as fast as they can absorb and maintain control over their blessings.

     These properties will be enforced in YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom Administration by HIS almighty power.  Thus, if an individual is a lover of righteousness and is in harmony with YAHWEH'S other attributes of love, justice and wisdom, no one can prevent him from receiving YAHWEH'S eternal blessings.  Nor can the wicked, through conniving, deceit or, if it were possible, through mustering all of the power of the earth, save his soul from everlasting death.  This is the All-righteous GOD that Israel and Israel alone is serving, for HE deals with Israel alone forever.  HE is the ONE who will save us.

     When the peoples of the earth begin to realize that YAHWEH is really setting up an all-righteous Government, it will have a profound effect on all.  The righteous will rejoice and come pouring in like a mighty stream.  The unrighteous will mourn.  Matthew 24:30, Gspd.:

Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in the sky, and all the nations of the earth will lament when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of the sky, in all his power and splendor.

     These nations then will use all of the conniving means that they can discover to forestall the setting up of this Kingdom.  Finally, they will band together in desperation, and together they will employ the force in their newly found union of nations to halt this beautiful message that they hate so vehemently.  They will also outlaw us from buying or selling in their newly organized power.  Yes, the Kingdom message and the Kingdom example will do unbearable harm to their confused, selfishly oriented and deluded system, and they will all together agree that they must bring about a big change if they are to survive.  This will be the opportunity that vatican city has so long awaited--using the denunciation of this system by Israel as a weapon in her favor to again gain control of all nations and to again place them under her wing.  This will be her long-awaited opportunity to restore the "holy" roman empire which she has so diligently and consistently striven to accomplish.

     The power of the pope at this time will be without equal.  he will convince this ignorant world, especially the two superpowers, the united states and russia, that he alone can get them out of the mess that they have gotten themselves into.  (In reality their dilemma arises from not hearkening to YAHWEH'S Prophets.)  he will begin by commanding that all people must disengage themselves entirely from The Restored Israel of YAHWEH.  he will not allow anyone to engage in any doctrinal discourse with us, nor will he allow anyone to conduct any financial transaction with YAHWEH'S Nation under HIS beloved Son Yahshua the Messiah.  he will literally trample YAHWEH'S Nation underfoot and cast Truth to the ground (Dan. 8:12) and set himself up in authority in place of YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom, thereby fulfilling the prophetic words spoken by our Messiah that the abomination of desolation would stand in the Holy Place (Matt. 24:15).

     The drunkards of ephraim are all of those who are unwilling to be motivated by the sound doctrine taught by Israel.  In rejecting YAHWEH'S message, they place themselves in the category of drunkards who are not able, nor do they even care, to reason logically.  They are in control.  Hurrah for them.  And let the others make out in whatever way they can.

     Verse 1:

Ah crowned with majesty drunkards of ephraim.  But as a flower fades away [and comes to naught] honor, of your splendor, which because of head valley excesses [beyond any limits] smitten of wine.  

The clarification:

Ah, you have crowned yourself with majesty you drunkards of ephraim.  But as a flower fades away and comes to naught, your honor and your splendor, which you receive because you have gained authority over the industrial enterprise and are considerably wise in your own conceit, you will be smitten by an OPPONENT that will strike you a blow from which there will be no recovery, ONE whose wisdom is unlimited, and your efforts to defend yourselves will prove to be ludicrous.

     "Ah, crowned with majesty drunkards of ephraim."  This majestic air that they adopt stems from their position of authority that they maintain in satan's system.  They begin to believe that they are a special breed of men, a kind of royalty, that has inherited the Divine right to control and administer over the wealth of the earth.

     "But as a flower fades away [and comes to naught]."  Colored flowers draw admiring glances from most people, and these men in authority cause the gaze of the ignorant masses to be directed toward them.  When the flower fades and falls, then it no longer draws any attention, and this is what will happen to these men when YAHWEH gives HIS view of these nations and begins to expose them and to pass HIS final sentence of destruction upon them.  All of this preaching work will be done by True Israel, The Restored Israel of YAHWEH who are called Ephraim and Manasseh and who are the Two Witnesses mentioned in Revelation Eleven.

     "Honor, of your splendor, which because of head valley excesses [beyond any limits] smitten of wine."  These lofty descriptive words are directed at a self-centered, selfish class of individuals who have attained their goal in life whether it was in harmony with YAHWEH and HIS Purpose or not, neither are they concerned with those who cannot survive nor with those who barely do so.  Never in their history have they ever attempted to pool the wealth of the nations and even try to stamp out poverty let alone sheer starvation.  The poor must be helped in a way that will help them to help themselves and not merely given dribbles of food and medication that only prolongs the agony.  However, YAHWEH did not create the earth for those now in authority.  YAHWEH created the earth for Israel to govern under Heavenly Zion's GOD-given supreme reigning authority.

     The downfall of these usurpers begins when YAHWEH reveals the return of HIS selected earthly Governors and Counselors, the resurrected Prophets of Old.  These, along with the rest of the 200 million of Israel, will continuously lay YAHWEH'S consistent Purpose on the table for all to see and understand, and for the first time the drunkards of ephraim will realize that they are not a part of that Purpose because their selfish course does not meet with YAHWEH'S approval.  Anything that they say or do to appear acceptable to our GOD will be weighed and countered by Israel, and it will prove to be wanting, or short weighted.  They will continue in their course and even attempt to give a logical reason for doing so until they make no sense at all and their words will be no more than a drunken babbling to those who know the Truth.  The Hebrew word pronounced ha-lu-MAY, "smitten of," is the same word that would be used if someone were to strike a man on the head with a club.  The Truth will do this.  It will be their floundering efforts to oppose the Truth that will reveal that their power to reason is somewhat below standard, for they will not be able to give a satisfactory explanation.  Because this prophecy is to be fulfilled in the near future but is understood now, it is written in the future tense.

     Verse 2:

Behold!  A mighty and strong One the LORD as a downpour, hail, horror, destruction of pestilence, like a great flood waters your hosts of mighty men washed away deposited on the land with mighty hand.  

The clarification:

Behold!  The LORD with a mighty and strong One will strike at you with a flood of painful truths.  HE will be a horror to you, like the devastation of a pestilence and with a great flood of truths your host will be washed away and deposited on the land (then you will be in a helpless situation like beached whales) with the mighty power of YAHWEH'S hand.

     "Behold! [with] a mighty and strong One."  The Hebrew word pronounced haw-ZOUK, translated "mighty," is meant in a bad sense.  It means firm, hardened, hardened of forehead or heart.  This is meant to describe Yahshua in the manner in which He will perform His task.  He will be relentless until He has taught His People all they must know in order not to reproach but to honor YAHWEH in everything that they undertake and complete.  He will not rest until He has thoroughly exposed and then removed His enemies, the wicked, from their controlling power over the earth.  This He will do by allowing their misguided, selfish purposes to result in an all-out nuclear war.  From this war He will deliver His People.  Those who do not obey Him, however, will die.  YAHWEH accomplishes HIS Purpose through Yahshua, the mighty and strong One.

     YAHWEH describes the calamities that will befall the drunkards of ephraim as the forces of nature appearing to go out of control and unleashing their fury in a most destructive manner.  The line reads, "The LORD as a downpour," meaning torrential rains; "hail," hard and destructive truths; "horror," showing that the recipients of this fury will be horrified; "destruction of pestilence," or as the destruction of a pestilence where everyone is either dead, dying or mourning the death of someone dear to them; "like a great flood waters," this flood of waters is a flood of Truth that sweeps over the land and uproots and carries everything in its path.

     "Your hosts of mighty men washed away deposited on the land with mighty hand."  The portion that has been translated "with mighty hand" actually means with almighty power, for to do such a feat with the hand indicates supernatural power and this is what the thought implies.  The hand is the instrument used in any action, work accomplished, ability, skill, striking power or strength.  Thus YAHWEH speaks to Israel in this manner in Isaiah 48:12,13, Smith:

12  Listen to me, O Jacob, Israel whom I called! I, I, am the first, I also am the last.
13  My hand laid the foundations of the earth, My right hand spread out the heavens; When I call to them, they stand up together.  [Which means that the heavenly bodies take their allotted positions.]

Idiomatically, this is not peculiar to Hebrew, for we hear many expressions in English as, "The heavy hand of the judge came down relentlessly on the offender," that is sternly or severely, or "an old hand," a person with experience.  In these cases it is not the literal hand that is used directly.

     "Deposited on the land" means they will be beached as whales and rendered absolutely helpless.

     Verse 3:

And by feet you will be trampled; you who are crowned with majesty, drunkards of ephraim.

 The clarification:

In this helpless state, you will be trampled upon by the feet of a cruel dictatorial leader, who will seize his opportunity to elevate himself for a short time, to become a god on earth.  This will be your fate, you who have crowned yourselves with majesty, you drunkards who claim to be YAHWEH'S Anointed.

     The feet that trample upon the big business tycoons, who are at this time helpless as beached whales because of the effects of Israel's campaign against them, are not the feet of the occasional indifferent stroller, nor even the feet of the poor, which might be viewed as a sort of vindication for them at this time, but they will be the first forward steps, the first successful and conquering steps of the pope of rome and his organization of cardinals.  These will rejoice over the collapse of big business, for now the way is cleared for them to administer over the entire economic system of the earth.  Their reward will be immense but brief when one takes into consideration the decades that they have labored to obtain this position.  At this time Israel will not possess, nor do we desire to possess, any physical power to conquer and control big business in their own domain outside of Israel, nor will we desire to conquer any other outlaw elements in satan's organization such as politics and religion.  YAHWEH has decreed that it will be done.  This will be dirty work indeed, and YAHWEH has allotted it to the divided forces in satan's own system; they will annihilate themselves.  They will remove the filth by removing themselves and thereby purify what is, and has been, so putrid in YAHWEH'S eyes and in the eyes of HIS Children from the time of satan's rebellion to this day.

     The campaign of Israel will be a nonviolent revolution.  They will uphold the pure and perfect teaching of YAHWEH.  The wise and intelligent, the People of goodwill who weigh the evidence objectively, will be the ones who will understand.  (Refer to Daniel 12:9,10.)  These, by their preaching, will turn many to righteousness and indeed will establish YAHWEH'S Earthly Portion of HIS Kingdom.  Israel will surge forward and consume their enemies with the fire that comes out of their mouth, symbolizing the burning, fulfilling and undeniable truths of YAHWEH'S Word and Purpose (Rev. 11:4-6).

     By repeating HIMSELF, YAHWEH reveals those who are the target of HIS indignation, those who have forged ahead without HIS counsel and against HIS Will.  "You who are crowned with majesty, [you] drunkards of ephraim."

     Verse 4:

And wailing in desolation, as your blossoming flower has faded to nothing.  Honor, of your splendor, which because of head valley [of] excesses is like the early fig; before summer, when it appears, he sees it; appearing to be yet in his palm, it has already been swallowed.

The clarification:

And you will wail in desolation, for your blossoming flower will have faded to nothing.  Your honor and your splendor, because you have maneuvered yourselves and have become the heads of the industrial enterprises of the so-called free world, will be like the early fig when it appears before the arrival of the intense summer heat; someone sees it and picks it and with a sleight of hand makes it appear that it is still in his hand, but, in reality, it has been swallowed and gone, never to be found again.

     This is the feeling of despair that will overcome the elite of this wicked world when YAHWEH directs HIS Army of intelligent and trained workers against the foundation of their structures, laying them bare for all to see and offering YAHWEH'S infallible solution to replace them.  Infallible because YAHWEH is infallible and those who are HIS are one with HIM and therefore one with one another and there will be no destructive divisions nor rebellions in their ranks to prevent its successful conclusion.  The only opposition will stem from outside the camp of Israel, from the demonized host of this world, and these YAHWEH will judge at Har-Meged-Doon and destroy in the final war.

     YAHWEH'S Word continues, "Your honor, your splendor, because of head valley [of] excesses is like the early fig; before summer, when it appears, he sees it; appearing to be yet in his palm, it has already been swallowed."  The conceit that possesses these stupefied inebriates stems from the fact that they are in control of the wealth of the world, wealth that is produced for them by the working class of men and women.  Their wealth is flaunted publicly in their luxurious mansions which appear to be beyond price; custom cars with all of the goodies and then some, many of them being chauffeur driven; clothing that also seems to have no price limits; elegant social events in which only wealthy members of like social standing are invited and where commoners are employed to do all of the labor involved and who in turn are looked at down the noses of these drunken superiors.  For you see, they are a class unto themselves.

     YAHWEH has promised to bring about a total, complete and everlasting end to this stubborn and self-willed class of people who refuse to follow after the righteousness inspired by YAHWEH and taught by Israel.  Their end will come so suddenly and will be so thorough that even Israel will have difficulty believing that it is really all over and that this biased class of individuals who unscrupulously promote self-esteem have been exterminated from the earth forever.  YAHWEH describes this sudden disappearance like the near-miraculous disappearance of the early fig:  "Before summer, when it appears, he sees it; appearing to be yet in his palm, it has already been swallowed."  When something is chewed and swallowed, it is gone forever.  The Hebrew word pronounced o-THAW-hk, translated "appearing to," is associated with a miracle.  Everyone will feel that they are still around hiding somewhere, like the fig that they are certain is still in the man's palm.  But miraculously they have disappeared forever, and are nowhere to be found, as has the fig.  Psalm 37:10:

For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be:  yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be.

Who are the wicked?  All those who ignore YAHWEH.

     Verse 5:

In that day this [HE] shall be YAHWEH of Hosts for a crown of beauty and for a diadem of splendor unto the remnant of HIS People.  

The clarification:

In that day YAHWEH of Hosts shall be for a crown of beauty and for a diadem of splendor unto the remnant of Israel, HIS People.

     Never has YAHWEH dealt with man nor with the nation of israel of the past as HE will deal with the 200 million of HIS People in these last days after the seventh seal is opened (Rev. 8:1).  This is followed by a half-hour of silence (approximately one year and nine months wherein the expected publicity will not as yet have taken place).  After this period of silence, the Angel is described as taking fire from the altar and casting it into the earth (Rev. 8:5).  The resulting effects indicate that YAHWEH will perform a miracle.  Immediately thereafter the 1,260 days of prophesying begin, during which time YAHWEH'S judgments will be pronounced on the earth.  This work will be quickly followed by YAHWEH carrying out these pronounced judgments.  The opening of the seventh seal means that all of YAHWEH'S Knowledge that Israel will require to glorify HIM and to use during the 1,260 days of preaching and to lead them through the final war will have been revealed and recorded.  Before this, while Israel is waiting for the 1,260 days to begin, they will use all of this beautiful Knowledge to correct and purify themselves and become submissive to HIS Will by working with joy and unselfishness in the building of HIS Kingdom--building homes, planting fields, raising livestock and working toward becoming fully self-sufficient.  From this time on, Israel will personally see and understand the blessings of YAHWEH and will realize how privileged they truly are and what a Great CHAMPION they have on their side to lead them.  Thus YAHWEH becomes a SOURCE of Authority that is most precious, most thrilling, and totally fulfilling and ONE to follow forever, truly a crown of beauty and a diadem of splendor unto the remnant of HIS People.  The remnant of HIS People fulfills the total number of the 200 million of Israel.

     Verse 6:

And for a spirit of judgment for him who sits on behalf of the judgment and for mastery to those who return the battle to the gate.

The clarification:

And YAHWEH will instill a spirit of true justice on those whom HE has appointed to sit in judgment.  And HE will give mastery to those who are spirit-guided to remove the wicked and their influence from the midst of Israel; these will be sentenced to remain outside the gates of Israel.

     Those who would aspire to be True Israel and who would receive YAHWEH'S everlasting blessings, as such, have the opportunity at this time.  They must understand through careful study all that is required of them in order to fulfill their chosen profession.  All of Israel will eventually give counsel and make decisions in order to guide the citizens of Israel who are not a part of the Royal Family but who, nevertheless, are children of YAHWEH.  True Israel, who sit on behalf of the judgment, will be blessed and aided with YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit.

     The rest of the verse states, "And for mastery to those who return the battle to the gate."  Mastery means "superiority or ascendancy in competition or war, victory, triumph, preeminence."  This mastery Israel will gain by diligently studying the consistent and harmonious, just and loving truths revealed by Heavenly Zion to Her Earthly Children.  With this knowledge we will purge Israel of all of YAHWEH'S opponents and all of those who would be Israel on their own terms.  They either will honor YAHWEH and accept HIS Channel of Authority or they will make themselves a part of satan's divided household and will therefore include themselves to the already innumerable enemies of YAHWEH who will go down to destruction in the final war.

     Verse 7: 

But, however, these with wine reel and in drunkenness make abominations.  priest and prophet reel in drunkenness.  you are despicable.  Because of your wine [you produce] abominations; by reason of your drunkenness [you] stagger in vision; you waver in rendering judgment.  

The clarification:

But these false Ephraimites are intoxicated with their own self-importance, and their sights are set on the wrong course.  In this mental stupor they render abominable decisions, which said decisions are directed first and foremost toward their own gain.  Those who are in a position to devise a more equitable and less complicated system are unable to do so because the thought cannot penetrate the wall of egotism or selfish self-importance that they have surrounded themselves with.  you are despicable.  The direction of your efforts are an abomination to YAHWEH.  As a drunkard staggers as he walks, you also are incapable of walking a straight line of truth and justice, and, in this drunken condition, your judgments cannot even begin to be considered.

     In verse 7 YAHWEH gets back to the insensitive, selfishly preoccupied, so-called big shots of the earth thus:  "But, however, these with wine reel."  These men must be drunk; they have lost control of their faculties.  How could they be so oblivious to the real problems facing the human race?  They are huddled in left field wearing their football uniforms and the game that has been scheduled is indoor basketball.

     "And in drunkenness make abominations."  Their solutions are abominable; there is no inkling of love, justice or wisdom that would reveal some concern for righteousness and truth.  Their solutions are those that will benefit themselves, and they favor only those who favor them and their unrighteous purposes.

     "priest and prophet reel in drunkenness."  The priest is the one who is to instruct the people in the ways of YAHWEH, and the prophet is required to inform the people of what the future holds in store for them.  Both fail miserably, for the priest is so absorbed in his personal importance because of his position that he does not take the time to examine the Will of YAHWEH personally, part of which is for HIS People to abandon the hope that this world has to offer, for it is doomed to destruction, and to work with their entire hearts devoted to YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom, for it alone will fulfill all of their needs and satisfy all of their desires, and it will last forever.  The prophets of this world are all false, for even though many see the threat of nuclear war, they seduce the people by saying that it can be avoided by discussion, treaties and agreements.  In this they lie deliberately, for YAHWEH'S Word gives no such hope.  YAHWEH will make a total end of this entire wicked system and give the earth to HIS obedient Children.  "But the meek shall inherit the earth" (Ps. 37:10,11).

     "you are despicable."  Israel can see in their expressions and decipher in their manner of speaking the loftiness that they feel while speaking on behalf of the human race and its future.  Their predictions are not based on YAHWEH'S teachings, therefore they have no foundations of truth and are unintelligible and useless for constructive purposes, although they do serve to misguide the uninformed, making them the servants of satan.

     "Because of your wine you produce abominations."  Anyone that does not use the understanding given by YAHWEH as a basis for his decisions does not have his head screwed on properly and what good and proper solutions can possibly stem from him?  Wrong information that steers you away from the true outcome is an abomination to YAHWEH and to HIS People.

     "By reason of your drunkenness you stagger in vision; you waver in rendering judgment."  The anger of YAHWEH at these men who usurp the rulership of HIS earth, an authority that HE has never entrusted them with, the insecurity, chaos and horrors of wars that envelop HIS People because of these thoughtless and unjust rulers is revealed in YAHWEH'S choice of words in describing these people:  "By reason of your drunkenness you stagger in vision; you waver in rendering judgment."  YAHWEH, the SOURCE of all Justice, observes the unjust acts committed on HIS People and hears the unjust judgments made against them because of their obedience to HIM, and it grieves HIM.  However, YAHWEH'S future rulers must learn firsthand, that is by experiencing it, by living through that which could again happen to YAHWEH'S System if Israel became lax and careless.  There are two reasons, however, why this will never happen again.  One:  YAHWEH chooses as rulers only those who love YAHWEH with all of their life, all of their heart, all of their strength and all of their mind.  Because of this they are willing to suffer opposition and persecution and to be looked upon as outcasts from this wicked system, and two:  YAHWEH'S unique method of dealing with HIS Children--teaching, correcting, and chastising them and causing them to live with the results of their wrongdoing.  The righteous will learn their lessons thoroughly and will learn to loath wrongdoing and unrighteousness.  They will love righteousness and right-doing and the everlasting blessings that go along with these virtues.

     Verse 8:  

For all tables are full of vomit and filth [nothing but] failure and corruption from this place [environment].

      Tables are used primarily for the purpose of placing food upon them that is to be eaten.  It will not be necessary to depart very far from this literal rendering to realize that the word  table can be used in a symbolical sense from which one may partake of spiritual food, food that gives spiritual strength and spiritual sustenance.  The wicked condemned the table of YAHWEH (Mal. 1:7,12).  The Truth is treated with contempt by the heathen, many of whom claim to be saved, and the bearers of the Truth and those living in it are regarded as lawbreakers in this system.  The abundance of life-giving spiritual Truths which YAHWEH will pour out upon all people in HIS Holy Kingdom is pictured in Isaiah 25:6 as a feast of very delicious and very nutritious literal food:

And in this mountain shall YAHWEH of hosts make unto all people a feast of fat things, a feast of wines on the lees, of fat things full of marrow, of wines on the lees well refined.

     Daniel 11:27 prophesied that the king of the north, which will be headed by a blinded apostate christendom along with russia, and the king of the south, which will dominate the non-christian world headed by fanatical muslims, will make a show of sincerity in attempts to solve their differences, but in reality each will try to outmaneuver the other "and they shall speak lies at one [or a common] table" (Dan. 11:27).  These will soon be conquered by russia and the united states after the muslims initiate a large-scale fanatical attack to remove them from their presence.  In this instance a table is used by men in authority to sit around and to attempt to solve the differences between their respective nations, albeit, in this case hypocritically.

     The selfish and ambitious goals aspired to by these men of high-standing of this world and the unscrupulous methods they employ to realize these goals are so foreign from YAHWEH'S desire (and that desire is to see all men equally blessed under a righteous system, a system that works for the total fulfilling of all righteous desires of every man and woman on earth) that, in comparison to the Israel of Promise, these men of the world appear to be deprived of their mental faculties.  Their shocking animalistic indifference, the willful ignorance of the selfish, unjust and stupid path that they have chosen to follow, is viewed by YAHWEH as criminal, and, if they are unwilling to repent, worthy of death.  When YAHWEH states that all tables are full of vomit and filth, the Loving, Just and All-righteous GOD of Israel is referring to what comes out of these men in the form of selfish, unjust and putrid discussions from which their unrighteous, rotten and stinking policies emerge.  This is the self-centered detestable environment that these men provide for others of their kind to follow.  This is the way that the Children of Light clearly see it.

     "[Nothing but] failure and corruption from this place [environment]."  The Hebrew word  pronounced maw-KOME, here translated "environment," is literally a place, and every place has its particular environment.  If, however, the wicked environment in a place is changed, then this place would no longer be culpable; the guilty environment would leave and take its guilt along with it, and the place would then be cleansed of guilt.  Therefore the environment is deserving of indictment wherever it descends, and, now that Israel realizes that this wicked environment is all over the earth, where would this particular place be?  It can only mean to include the whole of satan's world.

     Verse 9:

Whom will HE teach knowledge?  And whom will HE cause to understand doctrine?  Those weaned from the milk, removed from the breasts.  

     "Whom will HE teach knowledge?  And whom will HE cause to understand doctrine?"  This portion of this verse is a question, and the question is:  Who are they that are going to receive the blessing of YAHWEH and gain the knowledge and understand the teachings and instructions that will lead them into HIS Kingdom and to everlasting life and to eternal blessings?  The remainder of verse 9 gives the answer:  "Those weaned from the milk, removed from the breasts."  The Hebrew word pronounced ge-moo-LEY, translated "weaned," means "to ripen, or mature."  The thought intended is not that YAHWEH will give a true, in-depth understanding to juveniles who have just recently been removed from their mother's milk.  This in itself is impossible, as only fully developed adults could gain a deep understanding of the love, justice, wisdom and power of YAHWEH'S complete, only valid and wholly harmonious understanding of HIS Purpose for all of mankind.

     The milk and the breast symbolize the principles, or beginning of the understanding, which act as a foundation.  This milk is absolutely essential in order to progress to higher learning.  But we must not remain with the principles but continue on to higher learning, to perfection.  Some of the principles which Hebrews tells us to leave (or not to stress continuously and exclusively) are these:  Hebrews 6:1,2, The New Scofield Reference Bible (Scof.):

1  Therefore, leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
2  Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

The author of Hebrews says that this must be done in order to go on to perfection, meaning perfection of understanding.  This tells us that we must grasp the significance of all that YAHWEH reveals and all that HE expects us to know concerning HIS entire Purpose for mankind and the operation thereof.  Included in this knowledge is the acceptance of the fact that Israel alone has been chosen to warn all of those who either disapprove of or who take YAHWEH lightly when told of the horrors they will have to face at the final battle, which, relatively speaking, is just around the corner.

     Those who remain with the milk of the Word and make no progress toward perfection of understanding can be compared to the dull, slow-witted unintelligent who remain at the same level year after year and never absorb enough to pass into a higher grade.  However, Israel is not out to ridicule.  Israel understands perfectly well that the lack of understanding among the sincere of the earth can be laid squarely at the door of their instructors, and in these last days YAHWEH will totally change this situation by placing HIS own selected Teachers in authority and removing these unqualified and false instructors, or pastors, forever as is recorded in Jeremiah 23:1-4:

1  Woe be unto the pastors that destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!  saith YAHWEH.
2  Therefore thus saith YAHWEH God of Israel against the pastors that feed my people; Ye have scattered my flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them: behold, I will visit upon you the evil of your doings, saith YAHWEH.
3  And I will gather the remnant of my flock out of all countries whither I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and increase.
4  And I will set up shepherds over them which shall feed them:  and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall they be lacking, saith YAHWEH.

Isaiah 30:20,21:

20  And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers:
21  And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

     Whenever the Congregation of Israel acquires members who do not progress in Knowledge even though YAHWEH has now provided them with enlightened and True Pastors, the duty of the zealous Members is to awaken these individuals out of their lethargy by informing them that Israel is YAHWEH'S Organization and that they must gain and use the beautiful Knowledge that HE has so graciously provided them and that they must do this in order to take part in the vindication of the Holy Name of the GOD of Israel.  They must be told that to remain dull brings nothing but reproach to our GOD, for they do not represent HIM as the enlightened, zealous Children of Zion who are taught by YAHWEH.  Isaiah 54:13:

And all thy children shall be taught of YAHWEH; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

     In his letter to the hebrews, the author of this epistle decries their lack of progress when, through the natural course of teaching concerning the eternal Priesthood of Yahshua the Son of YAHWEH, he quotes from Psalm 110:4:  "Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek."  And in Hebrews 5:11-14 he makes it quite clear that these hebrews would not get the full significance of this new teaching concerning the symbolism of the priesthood of Melchizedek.  Hebrews 5:11-14:

11  Of whom we have many things to say, and hard to be uttered [hard to explain (R.S.V.)], seeing ye are dull of hearing.
12  For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat [or solid food].
13  For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness:  for he is a babe.
14  But strong meat [or solid food] belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.

     Isaiah Twenty-eight, verse 10, goes on to prove that in order for someone to gain true knowledge and to understand true doctrine from the One and Only YAHWEH, the Everlasting GOD of Israel, one must be mature, open-minded, unbiased, unprejudiced and uncluttered with traditional stumbling blocks.  These must be ready to accept the harmonious understanding as revealed by the Holy Spirit even though it may shock their shallow, unproven religious or political susceptibilities which become sensitive areas when exposed to debate.  These convictions could have been impressed on them in their homes from their upbringing, in their so-called "churches" or even in their schools by professors of religion or social science.  None of these instructors ever did or ever will arrive at a just and workable solution which will bring true peace upon the earth.  These reject the wisdom from YAHWEH, therefore, their combined efforts will simply lead them to annihilation in the final war wherein all man-made theories and experiments with government will be burnt up forever.  Israel, who are the truly meek of the earth, alone have the solution, for YAHWEH deals with Israel only.  And 200 million, who will make up the total number of Israel, will be chosen by YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit (aside from the 144,000 who have already received a Heavenly reward) and delivered from babylonian captivity soon.

     In verse 10 YAHWEH begins to reveal how these mature, intelligent individuals can receive a great knowledge from HIM.  HE begins by telling HIS Israel of Promise of the commandments that HE had placed and the restrictions that HE had imposed on HIS typical people who were the israel of the flesh and who were made up of twelve tribes.

     Verse 10:

For precept on precept, precept on precept, restriction on restriction, restriction on restriction, a little here, a little there.  

     "Precept on precept, precept on precept, restriction on restriction, restriction on restriction."  The word precept means "an instruction intended as a rule of conduct, especially moral conduct; a commandment or exhortation."  Thus, the children of israel received the unparalleled privilege of receiving the precepts for their moral conduct directly by the hand of YAHWEH to Moses who was israel's mediator between themselves and YAHWEH.  The Hebrew word pronounced kahv, translated "restriction," is actually a measuring line and is meant to limit, to confine within, or to refrain from going beyond a given measure, thus to restrict certain activities which we know by reading YAHWEH'S Word would have proven to be contrary to the morals of Divine Law, wicked, unchaste, dishonest and unjust.  Leviticus 19:18:

Thou shalt not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of thy people [restriction], but thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself [precept]....

Leviticus 19:33,34:

33  And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not vex him [restriction].
34  But the stranger that dwelleth with you shall be unto you as one born among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself [precept]....

Leviticus 19:35,36, Scof.:

35  Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment, in measure of length, in weight, or in quantity [restriction].
36  Just balances, just weights, a just ephah, and a just hin, shall ye have [precept]....

And lastly, but first in importance, is recorded in Exodus 20:3:

Thou shalt have no other gods before me [restriction].

And Deuteronomy 6:4,5:

4  Hear, O Israel:  YAHWEH our God is one YAHWEH:
5  And thou shalt love YAHWEH thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might [precept].

     Deuteronomy 6:4 plainly states that YAHWEH is one and the One and Only Eternal GOD without beginning and without end.  HE is the Only True CREATOR and stands far above all of HIS creatures, the beginning of whom was Yahshua (Rev. 3:14).  HIS People understand this basic truth and they alone give HIM the true worship (in the form of true obedience) which HE alone commands.  Therefore The Restored Israel of YAHWEH puts HIM above all other gods (fact or fancy), and they alone love HIM with all of their hearts--being motivated entirely by HIM; all of their souls--they place their lives in HIS hands and live entirely to do HIS Will; and all of their might--they use all of their energy in accomplishing HIS Purpose on the earth as rapidly as HE leads them.

     Because of the fact that YAHWEH is the MOST HIGH over HIS entire universe and because the Hebrew word pronounced el means "top, highest, above," Exodus 20:3 is herein more correctly rendered:  "Thou shalt have no other gods above me."  Many thinking people may have or may now begin to question on whether there are any other gods who can, in man's minds and hearts, purposely or inadvertently, be placed above YAHWEH.  The truth of the matter is that the Name and Purpose of YAHWEH, due to the wiles of satan the devil and by YAHWEH'S permission, is--outside of HIS Israel of Promise--virtually non-existent.  The Most Holy Omnipotent Name of YAHWEH is at the bottom of the heap.  Anyone who purposes anything contrary or out of harmony with the Will of YAHWEH is placing himself or herself above YAHWEH.  Of the over 1,200 different religions in the world, the most guilty of this atrocious behavior are the christian religions.  The members of the christian religions not only outnumber all other religious societies, but they also have the Bible.  They have access to the entire Word of YAHWEH, and they do admit that it is HIS Word.  Why then have they declined to give full credit to the Only True GOD who alone always was and always will be, by refusing to use the Name that HE gave to HIMSELF (Ex. 6:2,3)?

     The truth of the matter is that YAHWEH has chosen HIS Israel of Promise and HE deals with them only.  They alone are HIS obedient Children, knowing and understanding HIS Will and performing it.  All other nations, whether religious or not, all nations who are now disobeying HIM are branded as heathen by YAHWEH.  Israel alone is HIS Servant and Israel alone will bring HIM glory (Isa. 49:3; Isa. chap. 43).  Let all christians, jews, muslims or what have you note:  You are not only wasting your time, but you are also incurring the wrath of YAHWEH because you have chosen to follow your own preferred path, and you are, therefore, deliberately ignoring the truth that Yahshua is the Son of YAHWEH, created by HIM, a separate and distinct entity, who was obedient unto death as a man, resurrected by the FATHER as a spirit creature who then put all things under His care.  He has now been made King of Israel, King over YAHWEH'S one and only Nation, The Restored Israel of YAHWEH, and has come to His Temple and has been ruling since 1917 at the completion of the 6,000 years from Adam's creation.  He is not the King of the heathen as long as they remain heathen.  He will accept them only as members individually when they accept His Nation and are eager to abide by His rules and give their full allegiance to Him as the King of Israel and Israel alone (Mic. 5:2; Isa. chap. 14).

     Continuing with Isaiah 28:10:  "A little here, a little there."  This means that hidden among these precepts and restrictions are clues that, when properly assembled, reveal YAHWEH'S Purpose to HIS People and for HIS People.  Examples of these are Jeremiah 31:31-34; Isaiah 9:6,7; Hosea 1:6; Romans 9:6-8; Hosea 1:8-10 and Jeremiah 51:19-23.

     Verse 11:

For with stammering lips and with the tongue of the future HE speaks to the people this.

     The Hebrew word pronounced ah-hke-RETH means "the last or extreme part, the end of a period, after time, the future, in future time, the last days; also the hinder or following part, another generation, future."

     The stammering lips would indicate that the speech is not clear and when spoken in another tongue, meaning a tongue or understanding that is to follow at a latter date, literally a tongue of the future.  The Understanding, without YAHWEH'S Spirit to unravel it, is literally a closed book, and so it remains to all of the leaders of this wicked satanic world.  Yahshua so beautifully describes it thus in Matthew 11:25,26:

25  At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes.
26  Even so, Father:  for so it seemed good in thy sight.

     Verse 12:

Then [HE] said to them this [is] the rest the delightful fulfillment for the weary and this [is] the habitation of tranquility but not their desire to hear.

The clarification:

Then HE said to them that this (obedience to HIM) would bring them rest and the delightful fulfillment for the weary and that this would bring them the habitation of tranquility, but it was not their desire to listen and obey.

     The israel of the flesh was guilty of disbelief in YAHWEH'S promises, as are all of the nations of this world today, and no one but HIS Israel of Promise has ever taken these words seriously.  Isaiah 30:15:

For thus saith the Lord YAHWEH, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength:  and ye would not.

     All of the heathen nations today put their trust in armaments, and it will be these very armaments that will bring about their total destruction.  YAHWEH'S Israel of Promise does not put its trust in carnal weapons because their faith is in their GOD.  For this reason they will not work in any munitions factory nor will they finance the building of weapons of war, for they will not be responsible for any unlawful bloodshed.  (Refer to Isaiah 1:15-17.)

     Verse 13:

But it was to them the Word of YAHWEH, precept on precept, precept on precept, restriction on restriction, restriction on restriction, a little here, a little there; in view of this you walk and stumble backward and are broken and snared and captured.  

     "But it was to them the Word of YAHWEH, precept on precept, precept on precept, restriction on restriction, restriction on restriction, a little here, a little there."  To the nation of israel as a whole and to the entire world today, the Word of YAHWEH remains an insolvable mystery, and the pieces of the puzzle that YAHWEH has furnished for those who revere HIM and who put HIM foremost in their lives HE fits together for our benefit.  But for the rulers of this system and their willful followers, theirs will become an awkward plight, a trying situation which will envelop them more and more each day.  YAHWEH describes their predicament with these words recorded in Isaiah 29:9-14:

9  Stay yourselves, and wonder; cry ye out, and cry: they are drunken, but not with wine; they stagger, but not with strong drink.
10 For YAHWEH hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes:  the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered.
11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee:  and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:
12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee:  and he saith, I am not learned.
13 Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder:  for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

     The remainder of verse 13 states:  "In view of this you walk and stumble backward and are broken and snared and captured."  YAHWEH does not deal with the political, commercial and religious institutions of this world, for they are the building blocks of satan's world.  HE therefore completely seals the understanding before them so that they cannot open it, and HE lays it bare and explains it in minute detail to Israel, HIS Chosen People.  If anyone else desires to gain this information, they must in turn receive it from Israel.  In this manner YAHWEH has demonstrated that HE has elevated Israel to be supreme upon the earth and to serve HIM directly.  Isaiah 43:1:

But now thus saith YAHWEH that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee O Israel, Fear not:  for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.

Isaiah 44:1,2:

1  Yet now hear, O Jacob my servant; and Israel, whom I have chosen:
2  Thus saith YAHWEH that made thee, and formed thee from the womb, which will help thee; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and thou, Jesurun, whom I have chosen.

Isaiah 49:1-3:

1  Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; YAHWEH hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name.
2  And he hath made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand hath he hid me, and made me a polished shaft; in his quiver hath he hid me;
3  And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.

(Also refer to Revelation 7:9-17 and 9:13-16.)  Jeremiah 51:17-24, R.S.V.:

17  Every man is stupid and without knowledge; every goldsmith is put to shame by his idols; for his images are false, and there is no breath in them.
18  They are worthless, a work of delusion; at the time of their punishment they shall perish.
19  Not like these is he who is the portion of Jacob, for he is the one who formed all things, and Israel is the tribe of his inheritance; YAHWEH of hosts is his name.
20  "You are my hammer and weapon of war: with you I break nations in pieces; with you I destroy kingdoms;
21  with you I break in pieces the horse and his rider; with you I break in pieces the chariot and the charioteer;
22  with you I break in pieces man and woman; with you I break in pieces the old man and the youth; with you I break in pieces the young man and the maiden;
23  with you I break in pieces the shepherd and his flock; with you I break in pieces the farmer and his team; with you I break in pieces governors and commanders.
24  "I will requite [repay] Babylon and all the inhabitants of Chaldea before your very eyes for all the evil that they have done in Zion, says YAHWEH."

     The babylon mentioned in verse 24 is typical and pictures the world today, or modern-day babylon.  All of the actions taken by this world against Israel will be a strike against them, for they are opposing a righteous People.  All of the publicity that arises out of these actions will be testimony against them.  Finally in their frustration they will band together, all of the nations with their differing ideologies along with their dissenting and subversive factions, into a conglomerate, which, when neatly fit together, will have produced the most efficient and destructive time bomb ever produced since the beginning of wars.  When its inner mechanism sets it off, it will turn them and satan's world (which is the world of their choice) into pure fine ashes, and ashes it will remain forever, for this atrocious system will never again be rebuilt.

     Verse 14:

  Therefore hear the Word of YAHWEH men of scorning that rule the people here as in jerusalem.        

     In this verse YAHWEH is chiding the drunkards of ephraim.  HE is angrily stating a fact and it is that the common people are being treated by the rulers of ephraim in the same manner as the people in jerusalem were treated by their rulers.  This should not have been because initially the ten tribes were severed from judah (the tribe that housed the ruling city, jerusalem) because of oppression (1 Kings 12:1-20).  YAHWEH, however, used this opportunity to continue making pictures with HIS typical people, and the separation plainly teaches HIS People that jerusalem, the ruling city in judah, would, in its fulfillment, exist apart from the Earthly Portion of Israel (pictured by the ten tribes).  YAHWEH'S Purpose for Jerusalem was that it would be everlastingly established in the heavens (Isa. 65:17,18; Rev. chap. 21).  The fulfillment of HIS Purpose has already begun since A.D. 1917.

     Verse 15:

Because you have said, made we a covenant with death and with sheol effected we a vision.  Scourge overflowing when passes over, not it shall enter unto us.  For disguised we lies to shelter us, and in falsehood us cover we. 

The clarification:

Because you have said, made we a covenant with death and with sheol effected we a vision, when the overflowing scourge passes over, it shall not be able to accuse us.  For we have disguised lies and made them appear as truths, and these lies will shelter us, and in falsehood we will be covered.

     Or for possibly a clearer arrangement, "when the overflowing scourge passes over, it shall not enter unto us.  For disguised we lies to shelter us, and in falsehood us shelter we" or "we shelter ourselves."

     Making a covenant, or contract, with death and effecting a vision with sheol, or the grave, does not mean that these drunkards do not expect to literally die and to be placed in their graves.  All who are a part of this satanic system know that sooner or later they will have to face the inescapable termination of their lives.  As of now, only True Israel has been promised the gift of everlasting life.  This promise will be extended to all who prove themselves to be in complete harmony with YAHWEH'S Purpose for mankind.  These must and will become fully submissive to YAHWEH'S Channel of Authority beginning with Zion in the heavens and culminating with the antitypical Priests of Levi who will direct the path of these strangers, or regular ones.

     What these men want to live, or continue, is their opulent, influential, and conscience-be-damned lifestyle that fits so snugly into their selfish makeup.  They disguise lies to make them appear as truths, saying that, as heads of the industrial process, they are indispensable to the welfare of the nations.  Through their methods of mass-producing goods, they are able to supply the public with all manner of luxuries, thereby raising their lifestyle above the countries that do not allow the free enterprise system to exist.  Sounds good, if it were only true.  The truth of the matter is that they mass-produce in order to raise the level of profits to astronomical figures, and, as far as raising the lifestyle of the people, millions do without these work-saving appliances because they cannot pay for them.  They cannot reimburse their so-called "benefactors" with the cost of the appliance plus a substantial sum for their profit.

     During the 1,260 days of prophesying, along with the example set by the Kingdom in full operation, Israel will bring this selfish, putrid system of free enterprise, or legalized thievery, to its knees.  "Ah," you say, "We're much too strong and well-established to be uprooted by you."  Israel's answer is, "Are you too strong to resist the ALMIGHTY?  YAHWEH will use HIS beloved Israel and HE is with us every step of the way, and when HE is through with you, you will be as helpless as beached whales."  (Refer back to verse 2 and the clarification.)

     Verse 16:

Therefore thus speaks GOD YAHWEH behold I lay in Zion Stone, Stone approved, Corner, precious [a] Foundation Foundation, he who is firm [in his faith] not make haste.

The clarification:

Therefore thus speaks YAHWEH GOD, behold, I will lay in Zion a Stone, an approved Stone, a precious Corner-stone, a Foundation upon which all other Foundations shall be built, he who is firm in his faith will not attempt to speed ahead.

     The Stone that is approved by YAHWEH and precious and whom HE makes the Cornerstone, which is the beginning of the Building and therefore the Chief Stone in the Building, is Yahshua.  The 144,000, who are the only others to be admitted into the Heavens, make up the rest of the Stones to complete the Spiritual Building. Revelation 7:4:

And I heard the number of them which were sealed:  and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

1 Peter 2:5, R.S.V. :

And like living stones be yourselves built into a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.

"A Foundation Foundation" means that Yahshua has become the supporting Foundation for all other Foundations poured by Israel, or that He becomes the Support, Instructor and Guide of Israel forever.

     "He who is firm not make haste."  This means one who is strong in faith, firmly established, unable to be shaken for he is fully convinced.  This individual will not make haste, or will not run ahead of YAHWEH, because he doubts and is therefore uneasy, but he will trust the guidance of the ONE who gave him this beautiful understanding and follow HIM to complete victory and everlasting fulfillment.

     Verse 17:

And will lay I justice to the line and righteousness to the plummet and I sweep away [with] hail shelter lies and your hiding place waters will inundate.  

The clarification:

And I will lay justice to the line and righteousness to the plummet and they will sweep away your shelter of lies with hail (hard stinging truths) and your hiding place will be completely filled with waters (truths).

     "And I will lay justice to the line and righteousness to the plummet."  YAHWEH continues with HIS description of the building of Zion, HIS Heavenly Capital Organization.  One of the major requirements of any masonry building is that the walls are erected plumb and level.  This would mean that this building has been built properly and its structure is correct and that no injustice, at least in this phase of the work, has been committed by the builder.  However, YAHWEH goes far beyond the human concern for erecting a proper building.  This building that has justice added to the line and righteousness to the plummet makes it a unique building; it has now become a beautiful Temple that stands for and radiates justice and love, and it affects all who come in contact with it, and it will administer justice righteously, or equally, to all.  No inanimate building could ever engender this power of itself.  But this is not a literal building at all; it is made up of Living Stones (1 Peter 2:5).  It is in reality a living Ruling Organization made up of Yahshua who is King of Kings as Head and the 144,000 Kings and Priests with Him (Rev. chap. 20).  This is YAHWEH'S Supreme Court which will administer justice righteously, or equally, to all.  It will also guide and correct the Earthly Members in love and understanding.  In this unselfish relationship, She becomes our True Mother and we become Her Children, for we receive spiritual food freely from Her.

     The justice of this world is injustice to YAHWEH because the very foundations of this world are unjust.  It is planned and built to support an entirely unequal and lopsided system, a system which YAHWEH has already sentenced to death and which said sentence will be carried out in the final war.  A truly righteous system must be based entirely on unselfish and benevolent cooperation between all of the members in a given community and between the communities themselves.  YAHWEH'S Holy and intricate System, like a piece of inanimate machinery, will be emotionally unaffected and will cry no grievance when pressed into service.  The proof to all men of goodwill that the system is working equally for all of them is that no one will be deprived of any of their material needs and that all will have all of their wants supplied and then some; this will automatically apply the most powerful rocket brakes to all manner of strikes and insurrections which stem from injustice and which bring death and destruction to the already suffering masses.

     The success of the system which operates in Israel does not stem from the fact that no unjust man will be ruling over them, no, nor from the knowledge that a righteous man is at the helm.  But the secure, peaceful cooperation will be the result of knowing that YAHWEH is our Supreme and All-encompassing LEADER.

     In contrast, the system of competitive free enterprise results in no such Edenic bliss.  There is no complete fulfillment.  This system, proudly displayed and advertised by the more fragile of the superpowers (the clay, Dan. 2), began as a form of domestic anarchy.  Everyone was free to do as he pleased when it came to making a living, outside of outright thievery.  True, this may have felt like a blessing to those who had escaped from what seemed to them the oppressive demands of an imperialistic foreign power.  But a nation of people requires a government that has their interests at heart and promotes the interests of its subjects primarily and not merely the interests of a few of the elite.  A government is supposed to operate for the administration of justice and to restrain as much as is possible the forces of injustice, to hold these forces in a dormant state, or in a state of abeyance, so that they do not arise to plague the average honest-hearted citizen.

     The reduction of crime to a minimal state cannot be expected to evolve of itself, nor can anyone look confidently to the future and intelligently declare that this happy state will eventually take hold and dominate a free-for-all and neglected society, a society that totally fails to come to grips with the major cause of crime which is injustice, inequality.  In a free enterprise and competitive system the primary incentive, nay, the very lifeblood, of the individuals engaged therein is profit, pecuniary gain in any transaction or occupation.  (Profit is the excess of returns over expenditures.)  Money is the birth and life of any business enterprise, and the loss of it results in its death and burial.  Therefore profits must be reaped under all circumstances if the business is to remain alive and to continue operating.  It goes without saying that any business enterprise must be carefully planned and geared to yield this gain from its industrial process.  The remuneration received by the business for its services that is least frowned upon by the public arises from the skilled and efficient operation of its work force.  One may even hear comments such as, "They deserve it; they are neat and thorough and they do not dillydally but perform their duties in less time than do others."  However, one must always bear in mind that in a competitive system it is every man for himself, and no one really works for the interest of others although they may try to portray this image, and quite effectively to the gullible.  "We care about you."  "We do it all for you."  These are some of the deliberate attempts at deception, for profit must be reaped at any cost and monetary gain in any business enterprise is the very first order of the day.

     When profits decline due to a recession or from fierce and overbearing competition, then any number of devious schemes may be plotted and put into operation in order for the business enterprise to survive.  The lowering of quality is one of the favorites and this affects manufactured goods primarily.  The cutting of wages is another or the laying off of much of its work force when all else fails.  The student must bear in mind that these workers were not hired unselfishly and primarily to benefit them and to free them from want.  No!  No!  But they were hired as intelligent tools to operate the machinery of the industrial enterprise to bring production to its peak level for the purpose of reaping as much profit from both flesh and bone along with the conventional machinery.

     These analyses of business ownership and management may sound harsh.  What can they do to gain a more favorable image?  If they place the interests of the workers first and the workers do not reciprocate by working zealously to defray the additional expenditures, then a less scrupulous employer in competition with them will force them into bankruptcy, for any business enterprise must produce goods and receive payment well over and above its expenditures.

     The selfish self-interest of both management and labor, plus the demands made by one on the other, causes each to be convinced that they are being used, and this frame of mind does nothing to produce a cordial relationship between them, to say the least.  Management cannot exist without the labor force producing the goods that they profit from, and labor, in turn, cannot exist without the wages paid them by those who are financially able to do so, the businessman or business firm.

     Except for a few hectic and dying business ventures, the reward of management far exceeds that of the hired labor.  This also does nothing to close the gap between the hired hands and those who, because they have accumulated wealth, consider themselves a cut above the others.  They want to be regarded as a class of people of culture and good breeding.  However, if you were to chance upon many of these "elite" in the midst of a family squabble, and there be any decency remaining in you, you would probably be forced to stop your ears.

     Since profit is the lifeblood of free business enterprise and profit is the surplus after expenditures, then one can logically reason that every successful business enterprise must produce annual receipts above its cost to operate.  It must gain more than it spends.  This requires every businessman to become a cold-blooded calculator.  Yes, and because he is a free moral agent, he realizes that he must at all times follow a course of selfishness in order to keep his business profitable and to avoid its going into the red; for whoever heard of a successful business that sold its merchandise at a loss?  This in turn produces a society that is selfishly oriented.  The businessman is both envied by some and admired by others because he has more of what everyone craves--money.  These responses do nothing to keep his ego at bay, and he considers himself as one of the most eligible of men.  Of course he does not even consider YAHWEH, and this to Israel, YAHWEH'S People, is most repugnant.  The life of a business enterprise is in itself a venture that is beset with many uncertainties, and, except for the very wealthy, theirs is a precarious tenure.  Business, when compared with YAHWEH'S Righteous System, is seen as an intelligent, heartless monster who smiles the most educated and unnatural smile and warmly shakes your hand while sucking your life's blood.  Its motivations are entirely selfish and it never operates for the purpose of "serving you" or because it "cares about you."  Nor are its interests directed to filling a void in supplying society's needs, but it will, however, take advantage of any and all potential markets for the sale of its merchandise.  One of the hazards of any business enterprise, and about the most unsettling, comes in the form of competition.  This occurs when a satyr of the same species as himself, and possibly even better endowed with all of the male attributes of the successful businessman, forces the party of the first part to surrender, thereby removing him (in the eyes of the community) from the category of one of the most eligible and dominant males.

     To use a simpler illustration, he has been "FOUR"ed, evicted and left abandoned, and another possesses the position he once occupied and dominated.  Corporate enterprises, as well as privately owned businesses, are continuously exposed to this inhuman and merciless environment, and yet this degrading, agonizing and inhuman process is the only vehicle that can successfully prevent a totally selfish pursuit from stealing the very eyeballs from the helpless consumer, for in being forced to compete, the consumer will nearly always purchase from the one who offers the best bargain.  A word of warning is herein offered:  what often appears to be the greatest bargain can also prove to be the greatest fraud (gaining by deception).  It must always be borne in mind that these businessmen are practically all self-centered, self-interested or altogether selfish (the system breeds them this way), and any good that they hold out to you is done toward the intent of gaining greater sales and ultimately gaining greater returns for themselves.  A successful businessman can be rated by his efficiency in extracting other people's money and stacking it in his own storehouse.  Truly this is a most demeaning vocation, second only to the one operated by religion who gives you no returns on your investment and also blocks your way in your attempts to find the truth of YAHWEH'S Purpose for mankind.  Finding the Truth is the one and only way you can receive HIS True Blessing.  It may be obtained in no other way.  For a system, whether national or world-wide, to be honestly termed a success, it must be able to supply all of the spiritual and material needs of all of the people all of the time.  This can only be accomplished by submitting ourselves to the SOURCE of all Truth, to the GOD of Israel, whose Name alone is YAHWEH.

     In YAHWEH'S Holy System, love will replace the intrinsic selfishness that this system breeds; cooperation will prevail and substitute for competition.  Trade will be Holy and conducted by the equal exchange of man-hours between villages and nations instead of the heartless gouging of one another as the various traders in this system strive to maintain their equilibrium.  True justice will replace total injustice; perfect security will expel the atmosphere of apprehensiveness; perfect peace will encompass the entire planet that has to date lived under the agony of threatening or factual warfare.

     And now this world is finally facing total annihilation, and this bastard system will soon die an everlasting death along with all who do not acknowledge the supremacy of YAHWEH and HIS Holy Kingdom.  The intelligent and righteous-hearted individual, in order to experience the supreme happiness that YAHWEH purposed for HIS creatures to feel, must first place his trust entirely in HIM as the Only Immovable FOUNDATION, for HIS sovereignty alone expresses love, justice, wisdom and power in total and complete perfection.

     As neanderthal is an extinct race (even though we may see the characteristics of this extinct race still operating in many of the inhabitants of the earth today), likewise, money and its use will forever vanish.  When anyone is convinced that YAHWEH is the only hope for the human race, he should then begin studying HIS Word in earnest under the guiding hand of the Almighty GOD'S inspired Prophets.  He will then begin to speak to others of the blessed hope that he has received through YAHWEH'S Organization, for he will be speaking out of the abundance of his heart (Luke 6:45).

     The trespasses committed against the perfect attributes of YAHWEH by a solely unnatural and perverted system are innumerable.  Cases in point:  Who gave the authority to General Motors to convert an engine originally designed to be fueled by gasoline into a super-high-compression diesel engine, an engine which they foreknew would result in producing tens of thousands of real lemons but were advertised and sold as automobiles of the highest caliber, or top of the line?  Who sanctioned this same corporation to secretly install inferior Chevy engines in Oldsmobiles and charge the consumer the same price as an Olds with an Olds engine?  What evil spirit guided them into producing cars whose brakes they found to be faulty and yet did not take the time to correct this malady but sold them, keeping the flaw a secret until the purchasers began losing control of their vehicles when they applied the brakes?  Greed is the answer, and, because profit is placed at the highest priority, the public may even be deceived and made to increase this profit whenever the occasion arises.  What motivated the major oil companies to conspire with one another to create an oil shortage by holding back production and forcing the frightened public to pay two or three times the former standard price for oil products?  This act, which The Restored Israel of YAHWEH considers the rape of the century of the innocent public, was quickly followed by other ogres of industry giving even better reasons why they were also entitled to raise their prices--electric rates, coffee, sugar, interest rates, gas--and carried to ad absurdum (reduced to absurdity) by anyone who could successfully get on the bandwagon.  A ruling class whose primary interest is in itself is in no wise qualified to solve the afflictions of the poor of the earth, nor do these blind and selfish individuals even begin to put forth a half-hearted effort to do so.  Their decisions are not made on the merits of the arguments but on bureaucratic power.  For this reason YAHWEH will shortly and forever remove these present rulers and replace them with people of HIS own choosing and these will remain in authority forever.  The all-important "secret of YAHWEH" (secret because it is hidden from the selfish) is with those who fear HIM.  (Refer to Psalm 25:14.)

     In this manner YAHWEH will lay justice to the line and righteousness to the plummet in HIS Holy Organization and these elements, along with love, wisdom and power, will turn this battered earth into an everlasting paradise wherein HIS People will truly live and rejoice forevermore.

     The rest of verse 17 continues:  "and they will sweep away your shelter of lies with hail (hard stinging truths) and your hiding place will be completely filled with waters (truths). " Hail represents hard stinging truths.  These are words spoken by Israel and inspired from the Heavens, and they will expose the willfully ignorant, selfish, GODless liars who are in authority over satan's world today.  The hail will strike only the guilty and will result in much pain for them, for their true motivations are openly exposed to the eyes and ears of the righteous.  They will no longer have a place to hide, for every place will now be filled with water (Truth).

     Israel must understand the justice of YAHWEH in making big business and the whole free enterprise system HIS personal target; the system does not operate for the benefit of all men or for the good of the human race.  Each profit-oriented business venture selects its quota of people to fill its stalls and the rest are ignored, leaving many helplessly unemployed and painfully humiliated.  Every business enterprise charges as much as it can get away with for merchandise or labor regardless of the amount of material or labor involved.  Prices are raised or lowered according to supply and demand.  Because of the resulting general mayhem, a stable price whose level does not change can never be achieved.  big business is the first to know any change in the state of the economy, and, if the working class is gaining a little security, it is big business who are the first to raise their prices and to take away this bit of security and apply it to their own bank accounts.  They may decry inflation, but they themselves are the chief culprits of a disease that stems entirely from greed, and it is they, the businessmen, who spawn it.

     Throughout the ages YAHWEH has allowed man to form or choose whatever kind of government appealed most to him and has purposely kept HIS Holy System of Government hidden from their eyes.  This, in order to give all men a full opportunity to realize their desires without HIS interference; of course YAHWEH foreknew that man would fail in his ventures, but man did not know, and he had to be convinced of this, and what better way to do this than to let him do his thing and to fail miserably each and every time.  The proof of this is that the pages of history are literally saturated with blood and with the worst bloodletting yet to come.

     The faults, inadequacies, and stumbling blocks that contribute to the failures of these man-made attempts at self-government are far too numerous to list and explain in detail.  Suffice it to say that they are legion and stem from one selfish course taken by man, and this course afflicts them as a growing cancer that spreads throughout the body of government and ultimately destroys it.  These maladies in government permeate all nations, for they are born with the diseases, and these diseases are the results of disobedience, disobedience to the righteous sovereignty of YAHWEH.  Disobedience to man's laws does not always constitute disobedience to YAHWEH.  But the state, in its attempts to enforce its laws, would frequently have you disobey Divine Law.  Furthermore, the lawmakers themselves break the Divine Law, and therefore come under YAHWEH'S condemnation.  The rulers of this world refuse to take into serious consideration the instructions of the SOURCE of all Wisdom, YAHWEH, who alone is Omnipotent, all-loving and entirely just toward all of HIS creatures.

     True Israel are a people set apart; they do not follow any course of willful ignorance or of open disobedience.  The intelligent minds and righteous hearts of HIS People are directed toward their GOD.  Our sincere efforts in overcoming the reproach we bring to our Heavenly FATHER through our weaknesses will please HIM, and HE will aid us and give us the victory over them, and with victory comes ever-increasing blessings.  Ultimately we become one with HIM and we stand before HIM in the glory of perfection.  At this time HE will have elevated us to becoming veritable gods and HE will then give us complete mastery over the entire earth.  These blissful conditions will not be bestowed upon us until we are able to fully recognize and totally separate ourselves from that which surrounds us, that is, all of the evil perverseness that satan has secretly instilled in his system which, in turn, has permeated us and has left us in a hopeless void and made our lives in the past sheer emptiness.  This, satan's system, will not be improved as the christians and all of the uninformed believe, but it will be completely annihilated and blotted out from our midst forever.  Then, and then only, will the earth be filled entirely with YAHWEH'S System of total righteousness throughout eternity.  Never again will Israel deal with one another in order to profit from each other.  No!  But these who are one with YAHWEH are also one with all of the others of Israel, and we will work together as one obedient and efficient family, for our FATHER is YAHWEH and our Mother is Zion and we are Children of Royalty, and our GODly behavior is evidence of our heritage.  Within the Earthly Portion of YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom, a man will no longer have to face the world alone; never again will he have to live in a wicked and selfish system, for it will disappear forever.

     When a nation allows selfishness and greed to become the motivating force that propels its economy, justice and equality are cast to the winds, blown away and lost and never found as long as this system prevails.  The advantage in a free enterprise and competitive system lies entirely with the money boys.  They sit in the seat of authority, for the wealth is theirs, and they can pursue whatever venture they may wish to choose while the poor will do their bidding and earn more wealth for them.

     The advantage of Israel lies in its just treatment of all men throughout the entire earth, and, although Israel will be placed in authority by YAHWEH and remain in authority, there will be no selfishness involved on their part, and they will never use what might be considered an advantage for personal gain, but they will always regard their office for what it is, a Holy commission from YAHWEH.  After YAHWEH destroys this world and at the very outset of Israel's total and everlasting tenure, every vestige of money and all personal wealth which may be used to buy someone's labor will be everlastingly abolished.  All will work; all will produce the goods that are necessary for a comfortable, secure and fulfilling life.  All products produced will be evenly distributed to all without first having to obtain money (filthy lucre) as a medium of exchange.  With the termination of the use of money, all crimes related to money will suddenly disappear, and mankind will at last dwell in peace and prosperity without the horrors of recessions, inflation, bank robberies, muggings, drug peddling, prostitution, poor quality of manufactured goods in order to realize greater profit, strained and broken marriages, refused medical attention, inferior medical care, impotency, payment of money required for insurance, bribes, fraud, defrauding others, insurance fraud, murders, strikes, rebellion, war, hopelessness and death.  For the gift of YAHWEH is everlasting life through Yahshua our Lord.  Then will be fulfilled the words of the Angels heard at the time of Yahshua's birth:  "Glory in the highest unto God!  And on earth peace, among men of goodwill" (Luke 2:14, E.B.).  Remember, the Foundation has been poured and the Ruling Structure erected in the Heavens and the Earthly Portion of HIS Kingdom has now actually begun on earth.  "Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, On earth as it is in heaven" (Matt. 6:10, R.S.V.).  Now at this time these words are being fulfilled.

     The beauty of YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom and the complete joy of fulfillment within it will not be brought about only because of the pure and perfect operation thereof, but will be fully realized when all of the curses of imperfection that have plagued all people for all time are blotted out and replaced with blessings, and these blessings of full mastery over one's mind and body will endure forever.

     There of course can be no removal of faults or errors; there can be no rectifying anything in death (absence of life).  Therefore, YAHWEH will restore to life all of those who died in the past because HIS Divine Purpose had not as yet begun to operate, even though many were as obedient as was possible during the darkness of satan's uninterrupted reign, that is before YAHWEH'S Secret Purpose was revealed.  So all of those who died in ignorance, because they did not have the proper opportunity to hear of HIS Divine Purpose for mankind, will be brought back to life and given this opportunity.  Those in the past who were obedient to YAHWEH, such as the Faithful Men of Old, will be given everlasting life.  These are the ones who the Scriptures state have done good, and these will be given a resurrection of life.  (Refer to John 5:28,29, R.S.V.)

     Those of the general resurrection will be taught the Truth and have their response and their behavior noted.  In other words, they will be tried.  The length of time given them to prove their obedience will be one hundred years.  If, after this length of time, they meet with YAHWEH'S approval, they will continue to live until satan is released at the end of the one thousand years when their heart condition will be proven conclusively.  If they do continue to disobey during this one hundred year period, they will then die an everlasting death.  All of the righteous ones will be fully satisfied with YAHWEH'S judgments, for there will then remain no doubt but that those who die will have had a full opportunity to understand and to obey and to live (Isa. 65:20, E.B.).

     The remainder of verse 17 states, "And sweep away [with] hail shelter lies and your hiding place waters will inundate."  The justice and righteousness of the workings of YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom on earth will glaringly expose the mockery of justice employed by the ruling administration and the policies adhered to by them in this world.  In YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom the working man will get full reward for his labor.  He will not be forced to work at a reduced rate in order to make huge profits for the owners or managers of the business enterprise.  He will not have a large slice of this deducted from his paycheck in order to pay for a war machine in preparation for the final war, a war that the rulers themselves foment by their fierce competition for supremacy.  Their treatment of one another by each of the competing sides is atrocious with neither side relenting in the least that perhaps one may be regarded as a true seeker of peace.  No, but these puppet rulers of satan seem to relish this atmosphere of danger, for without it they would not stand out as protectors of the people; they would not be able to stand before the news media and speak their asinine suggestions for peace without justice or for controlling inflation with greed still in control, or for balancing the budget by those who have the zeal of deprived teenagers who have just stumbled onto a pot of gold.  Their craving to spend knows no limits.  All of these stupid stabs in the dark will be compared to the precise and surefooted progress of YAHWEH'S Israel.  These drunkards will reveal their unfulfilled promises to be lies and their hiding places will be filled with the waters (Truths) spoken by Israel so that they can no longer hide therein.

     Verse 18:

And cancelled your covenant with death and your vision with sheol not shall stand.  Scourge overflowing when it shall pass through you will become to him for a trampling place.  

The clarification:

Your covenant with death will be canceled, and your vision with sheol shall not stand.  When the overflowing scourge shall have passed through, then you will become to him for a trampling place.

     "And canceled your covenant with death and your vision with sheol not shall stand."  In interpreting this verse, it must be remembered who the drunkards of ephraim represent.  They are the super rich of the earth, who, through their corporations, maintain a controlling interest in the monetary system of the world and who sway politicians to work for their interests or at least to look aside when they are doing something illegal such as the highway robbery committed by the mutual efforts of the oil companies.

     These so-called elite of society imagine themselves to be a dynasty of vastly superior individuals whose kind will endure as long as the world will last.  At this time they are very snug and comfortable.  But the message of YAHWEH spoken by Israel will bring about a great disturbance in their midst.  They will then begin to see their world falling apart as Israel exposes them both by word and deed.  Verse 18 continues, "Scourge overflowing when it shall pass through you will become to him for a trampling place."

     YAHWEH'S Restored Israel are the only ones whom the Omnipotent CREATOR deals with, and it is with them that HE fulfills HIS Purpose for mankind.  They are the only ones whom HE has blessed by giving them an accurate understanding of the future.  They are the only ones who know that YAHWEH has chosen them to smite this demonic world made up of politics, commerce and religion with a scourge of Truth that will expose the purely selfish motivations of the individuals associated in a system that is planned to fulfill the interests of certain selected ones.  Of course, even in this, there is division, as there must be in all selfishly operated systems.  In the united states this division is made up primarily of republicans and democrats.  These vie strenuously with one another to defeat one another and to win the election.  The winning side is then in a position to bestow its favors on those who helped them to win.  The fierce competition, the begging for votes, the purchase of votes, the dirty tricks and all manner of illegal tactics employed by the opponents clearly contrast them with the serene confidence of those who have been Divinely chosen by YAHWEH.  These will remain.  Those who strive selfishly, disregarding the Will of YAHWEH, will disappear from the face of the earth forever.

     The scourge brought on by Israel will last 1,260 days.  During this time the great majority of the people will fully realize that big business has truly misrepresented itself, to say the least.  Posing as a benefactor to mankind and claiming to be working for their comfort and well-being, it will prove to have been following an entirely selfish course wherein profit was made its primary goal to the exclusion of the public's best interest.  Although big business at the end of Israel's testimony will be left in an unenviable state of total embarrassment and her profitable trade a thing of the past, yet the big businessmen themselves (the drunkards of ephraim) will still be alive for a short while until the final war.

     At this time the situation with big business will be just what the doctor ordered to fulfill the plans of the pope of rome.  Craving to be reinstated as the dominant one in the ruling administration of this world, he will leap upon his fallen former drinking buddies and use them for a trampling place and set up his own brand of economic social order in the place that big business formerly occupied.  The campaign promises of the pope will be, "Never again will we allow the public to be robbed by selfishly oriented individuals and corporate free business enterprises."  his cry will ring similar to the exposing message spoken by Israel, and he will deceive many.  YAHWEH who is all-wise knows that the selfish people in this world would never be satisfied with a system of true justice and true equality.  Because of this, and because the truly selfish do not merit the time of day since no plausible response would be forthcoming, YAHWEH will have absolutely no dealings with them.  YAHWEH deals only with those who seek their GOD and are willing to be guided in the ways of righteousness by their CREATOR.  With these there will arise no rebellion, and the peace and tranquility of HIS everlasting Kingdom is assured forever.

     The pope is not all-wise and he will attempt what YAHWEH'S Children know is an impossibility.  he will attempt, under his administration, to contain a brood of vipers.  It will be a fiasco and fail with a horribly destructive climax.  From the time that his new social order is set up until the judgment of destruction passed on him by the political rulers begins, 42 months, or 1,290 days will pass, and for this world it will be a downhill road from then on.

     The pope will be the last key figure to be used by satan in a final, yes, a last-ditch, stand to squash YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom entirely from the earth forever.  Israel, who alone are YAHWEH'S enlightened Servants, are well versed in the tactics he is using at this time, and will use in the near future, to ascend to his position of supremacy.  Israel gains this supreme and hidden Knowledge (hidden to others) through the understanding of the Scriptures, which is made possible only by the outpouring of YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit on the minds and hearts of HIS dedicated Servants.  These, because of their unselfish desire to do what is just and right, please their CREATOR, and they are exceedingly blessed accordingly.  Through YAHWEH'S Holy Spirit, Israel understands that it is pope Paul who is the man indicated in the prophecy of the 666 recorded in Revelation Thirteen.  It was pope Paul who carried the ecumenical movement to its greatest measure of success since the reformation.  It was pope Paul who drew up a new economic plan for the whole world that supposedly would bring greater rewards to the poor laborers of the earth, a sort of share-the-wealth program.  (This should certainly gain the votes of the needy when the pope who will implement this package sits on his throne.)  It will not work, however, because what the pope does not know is that he must be able to eradicate greed from his followers, for where greed prevails there can be no harmony of operation.  Only YAHWEH'S Organization can permanently eliminate rank selfishness.  Only Israel is willing to follow a GOD who is all-righteous.  Only YAHWEH'S Holy Kingdom will enrich all men equally and permanently.  Only through security and absolute justice can and will everlasting peace prevail.  No man or group of men can possibly bring these idyllic conditions about on their own.
