The Very Beginning of The Restored Israel of YAHWEH'S Stand Against All Warfare

   These are two newspaper articles that appeared on May 17, 1944 concerning the stand which Jeremiah (Leo J. Volpe) made in refusing to be drafted into the armed services.  Although others were given five year jail sentences, Jeremiah received five years probation, the reason given being that his services as a farmer were needed.  In reality he farmed only for the need of his family.  Also the probation period was never enforced.
